Settings For PUBG 60FPS:

1. Gfx Tool Download From Platstore or App Store
2. Now install downloaded app
3. Launch GFX Tool and grant all necessary permissions.
4. when ask for the game version select 0.13.0 GP. Here GP indicates Global Version
5. start with selecting the in game resolution which should be lower than your phone resolution 
6. Now change the graphic settings to SO SMOOTH. Note: selecting here graphic settings not recommended for low end devices.
7. Now Select 60FPS
8. Disable Anti-Aliasing  as well as shadow.
9. Once done settings now accept all settings and run game
